A dear friend of mine passed away last week. Jay Canilao was a great listener. He always had the right things to say to calm your worries. He now joins my guardian angel, Grace, in being with me all the time.
Rest in peace, my friend.

Good day. I have been looking for a friend we have lost contact with and the search resulted in your blog regarding Jay Canilao. Am just wondering if he is the same friend we have been looking for. Our Jay's real name is James B. Canilao, who worked for PICC in the Philippines years ago, lived in Kamuning and moved to the U.S. I would greatly appreciate if you could let me know if indeed this is the same Jay as your friend, or if you would know any relation to ours. Hi - I am also a dear friend of Jay Canilao that used to work for PICC. I wonder if the person I am looking for is the same subject person of "Passion 1 - Tribute to Jay" If he is the same one, then he must be laughing out loud in heaven because I remember him as my laughing buddy -- almost everything was funny to us.
